Can't send from Outlook

Iam getting the following error message:


Task 'PStables - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to
the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server
administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Any help, much appreciated thanks

Have you tried disabling the e-mail scan feature of your anti-virus
software?
