Can't send messages

Can't send any messages, the send tab has disappeared
when composing a message, and the send/receive tab has
dissappeared as well.

I've tried reloading Outlook several times and running
the repair as well with no results.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need to re-setup the email accounts, if you not have any
email accounts then those buttons would be gone/grayed out. That happend to
us a while back.
