can't send my windows mail.

How do I change the data so that my mail will send? This is the mssg. I get.
The host '[email protected]' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly.

'[email protected]', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 11003, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

You need to contact your ISP's technical support for instructions to get
your email account configured properly. [email protected] is not the name
of a server.
