can't send or receive on outlook after march 13 update

Outlook worked fine until today's upgrade. Now it will not send or receive.
The ISP setting are fine and the providers email software works fine. The
problem is outlook.

Depends entirely on how someone reads the newsgroup. For example, your post
explaining what you did is actually 14 messages ABOVE this one.
