Can't send Yahoo reactivation request

Greetings,

I don't know if I'm the only ne with this problem, but I
use Yahoo's services rather extensively, and since I'd
downloaded the IE 6 Cummulative Patch SP 1, I've been
unable to reactivate my Yahoo account. Outlook doesn't
seem to like the "confirm-unbounce" portion of the reply
address and kicks back an error:

Error Number: 0x800CCC0F


I'd really appreciate any assistance,

Or, even if anyone can tell me how to uninstall the patch,
I'd appreciate that, too. I know it's not reccommended,
but at this point, I'm willing to try anything.
