Can't send

I use IMAP to send from my outlook. Right now, I can receive messages and
can reply to messages, but can't send new messages. Any ideas?

IMAP is a receive-only protocol, just like POP3. You're still sending via
SMTP. Are you properly authenticating to your outgoing server?
