Cant sent e-mailf from out box

I have installed Outlook 2003, and set up my e-mail
account succesfully in the wizards, so that sending a
test email is successfull in all measures in the wizard.
I still cannot send an e-mail from the out box. When I
clik on the "Account" butt, right next to send, I get an
error message "Unable to complete the operation. A fatal
error has occured in Outlook." I have uninstalled and
reinstalled my mail accounts and Office 2003, but I get
the same results.

Try creating a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon.

You can Check if we have the same problem in a new profile .
