can't sort address book

J

J. Miller

I have imported all my email addresses to Outlook Contacts. When I click on
the address book icon they all come up just spiffy, but if I click on a
specific column header to sort by that column it doesn't work. When I used
Outlook Express and brought up the address book this worked fine. Can it be
done in Outlook?

Thanks.

No.
If you need to know how to sort the address book, you should provide your
Outlook version so we can tell you.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
