I installed Office professional upgrade. When I went to use Word, it asked
me to supply my user information and product key again. When I enter the
number on the back of the CD case, it says the product key is not valid. I
cannot use the activation wizard in the help tab b/c I cannot enter Word yet.
The Microsoft Office website is useless. What do I do? Somebody please
help me, it's driving me crazy!

Are you sure haven't mixed up the product keys you typed? If you are sure
that it is the correct one, you may want to contact a Support Technician by
following the steps at http://support.microsoft.com

thanks,
