can't subscribe to invited internet calendar

I'm trying to subscribe to a colleague's internet calendar. His link is
accurate, since I can preview it OK. My Windows Live ID associated with the
email to which he sent the invitation is valid, since I can sign into other
Windows Live sites (such as this one). But my Windows Live ID/password is
rejected by Outlook (2007) when I try to subscribe. Running Vista Home Basic
and Office 2007.
What gives?

I can't answer this because I don't use this feature, but you may find
