Can't syn appointment categories in Outlook and PDA

Appointments sync between my PDA and Outlook calendars, but loose the
categories that I assigned. Categories assigned on appointments made on the
PDA do not show in Outlook, and vice versa.

I have an Ipaq running Windows Mobile 2003, and using MS Activesync 3.7.1
runnin on Windows XP

Not to pass the buck but you might get better advice & help in one of the
Windows Mobile newsgroups (microsoft.public.pocketpc groups).

If this happened to me, I'd delete the PDA's partnership and create a new
one.
