Can't undo changes-can I revert to previously saved version?

I've lost a worksheet from a group of 3 worksheets in an .xls file. I can't
use "undo" to, well, undo the changes and get the sheet back (I suppose from
performing File Save). Can I revert to a previously saved version of the
file or in any other way get the sheet back? HELP!

If you saved the file, AFAIK there is no way. If you have a backup copy of
the file you could resume your worksheet from there...
