Can't Uninstall 2003 Trial (Bad MSIEXEC.EXE)

Hi everybody--

The trial verison of Office 03 is screwing up my Outlook XP. I don't want
office 03 but when I try to install it, "Add/Remove Programs" says that
MSIEXEC.EXE has committed a runtime violation of the Mircosoft Visual C++
enviroment.

My MSIEXEC.EXE is also preventing updates to my Mircosoft .NET Framework.

What should I do?

I have to ask - if you don't want Office 2003, why are you trying to install
it?

Oops, I meant UNinstall; i'm trying to uninstall it, which I did by the way.
Windows Installer repaired my .NET 2.0 and then it was able to UNinstall
Office 2003.
