Can't uninstall Office

Using the original CD and trying Add/Remove programs I can't unistall Office. What can I do?

Hello,

Try the following: Download the MSI cleanup utility and install it. Through that, try the uninstallation of Office 2003 (it will
delete the relevant reg. keys; then, manually delete the folders for Office 2003).

I can do that BUT I'm trying to uninstall Office 2000. Will that still work or is there one for 2000 on the same site?

KB you referenced says "IMPORTANT: The Msicu.exe and Msicuu.exe (Windows Installer CleanUp) utilities are not supported on systems where Microsoft Windows Installer 2.0 or later is installed, including Microsoft Windows XP.
