can't uninstall or install office xp

When i try to open an excel document i get a message that the feature you are
trying to use is on network resource that is unavailable. Click ok to
try again or enter an alternate path containing the installation package
"EUROTOOL.msp" in the box below. when i try to unistall i get the same
message. when i try to install i get the same please help.
