Can't unlock Document

I'm having trouble figureing out why I can't edit a Document. It should be a
Locked Form but the Lock UnLock button is also grayed out. I have tried
opening on other Machines with now Luck. Almost everything is Grayed out I
can select Form Shading but that is it. I get no messages for password when
I open. What is going on? Word XP SP3

Did you include controls from the Controls Toolbox as well as form fields?
If so, and if your Macro Security level is set to High, that is the problem.
