Can't Update Record When Pasting to Rich Text Memo Field

At times when I paste text from one record's rich text memo field into the
same field of another record I get the following error:
'Could not update; currently locked by another session on this machine.
(Error 3188)'

When I close the error window I then get:
'You can't save the record at this time. MyDatabaseName may have
enbcountered an error trying to save the record.'

This seems to occur only on the rich text memo field and only after I have
pasted a coup[le opf time into the field.

Anyone hjave any idea why this occurs??

Must be another of the many bugs in access 2007.
