can't use Movesize with Access 2003 for report

I tried to use movesize within Access 2003 for adjusting a report, but
without success.
Docmd.maximize or Docmd.minimize is working.

If I open a form with movesize then it works.

I have upgraded access 2003 to service pack 2.
