Can't use Word

Had a virus on my computer and reloaded windows and
Microsoft word. As i startup Microsoft word it asks for a
25 charcter CD key which i have misplaced. I cannot use
Microsoft word and i don't know where to get the number
from. Please help

I have had the very same problen. I want to know if I

will have to buy the orgramme again or if I can get the
number from Microsoft. I refuse to pay 29 poubds for help
from them. Don't they get enough money???
If anyone can help......
