Can't view calender

I am unable to view my outlook calender. Every time I try to open, I get "unable to display folder" error. How can I rectify this?

Try starting Outlook with the /cleanviews command line, go to Start > Run >
type "outlook /cleanviews" without the quotes. Note running this command
will wipe out All Custom Views".
