Hi,
We have recently migrated the exchange server from 5.5 to 2000. After
this we have had a number of issues. the main problem is when people
create new folders with in outlook and move mails into them they are
not visuable even though there are mails in there. the status bar
shows the fact that there is email in them. This is happening to all
versions of Outlook ranging from 97 all the way up to 2002. this
problem has only occured since the upgrade. there are no filters
applied and the view is set for all messages.
