Can't view graphics in Word file, sometimes crash

On my 2004 Word (updated) runing 10.3.8, Word files from a Window's user
don't show the graphics. The clip art shows up in the print preview and
in printouts, but only the outline shows up in the Word document. On
another machine, running 10.3.8 and Word 2001, the graphics DOES show
up. Interestingly, copy and pasting from the 2004 Word to Entorouge
consistantly crashes Word, while I can copy & paste at will from the
2001 Word. Any ideas?

Hi Mark,

Go to Word Preferences> View and make sure that Image Placeholders is not
checked.

Deselecting the "impage Placeholders" was the trick for showing the
graphics!

Unfortunately, it didn't fix the crash when copying problemŠ

the standard troubleshooting measures, which you will find listed here:

(hit refresh a few times in Safari, or use a different browser)
