Cant view online users

I use Groove 3.1 and I cant view online users in my domain or any worksapce
I am a member of. I used to have Groove 2007 on a system for the trial
period. What can I do to view users who are online as before

Based on your statement - I presume that you uninstalled Groove 2007 and
reverted back to Groove 3.1 ? Could you provide more information about your
installation?

were the accounts different in the two versions?
did you reuse the account file from G2007 into the G3.1 installation (or
vice-versa) ?

I am not sure if you can revert your Groove 2007 account back into a Groove
3.1 client (after you have upgraded it for G2007).
