can't view powerpoint file from a certain webpage

can't view powerpoint file from a certain webpage but is
able to view a word doc on same page. Looking for any
ideals. Customer can open the first one which is a word
doc but the 2nd and 3rd update link she cannot open.
they are powerpoint presentations. When she clicks on
them it refreshes the page but does not load or prompt or
error out. Possibly she is missing the powerpoint
plugin. If you have seen this please email me the info or
suggestions on how to fix this.

Which browser is the customer using?

Are the links to PowerPoint files themselves (i.e., you uploaded a PPT
file to the server), or are they PPT files which were saved as HTML?

If they're plain ol' PPT files, the customer needs something to view
them with -- either PowerPoint itself or the PPT Viewer. Does she have
either of those?
