can't view .ppt files except my own?

I can't view any Power Point presantations except my own. All I get when I open them is a blank page ecxept for the following

Weird... my suggestion would be to insert the office install disk and select
custom >> repair. Hopefully it will reinstall whatever is creating the
error.
