CAN'T VIEW/PRINT PRODUCT TITLE

I'm using a template from Word, but the top section
(Product Title) does not show up on my preview page, nor
will it print. It shows up on the normal layout and I
can edit it, etc, but it won't print. I can't figure out
why not. The rest of the page is fine.
thanks

Is the font formatted as hidden? Is the text in a TextBox and under Tools
Options Print, the box against Drawing Objects is not checked?
Is it so near the edge of the paper that it is in the unprintable area for
your printer?

.
thanks for the info. It turned out, after hours of
trying to figure it out, that I went to FILE-PRINT-
OPTIONS- and then saw something that said HIDDEN>
Apparently that box did the trick.

Pretty frustrating day, but I'm glad it's resolved.
Thanks for your reply

Note that the option to print hidden text, once enabled, will be
in effect for all documents. Usually, you don't want this, since
the hidden attribute is used by certain items that shouldn't
display in a printout, such as XE fields (which define index
entries).

A better approach would be to modify the text that should print
so that it doesn't have the hidden attribute set. With the text
selected, choose Format > Font and make sure that the "Hidden"
option is cleared on the Font tab. If the text has a specific
paragraph or character style applied, it is best to modify that
style not to include the hidden attribute. (The exact steps
depend on your Word version.)
