can't view screenshot from clipboard

When using ALT/Printscreen, then pasting into a Word document, the image does
not appear. A box is present and the image can be seen in print preview.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jim,

Go into Tools|Options|View and uncheck 'picture placeholders'.
