Capacity = 0 for generic resources - why?

Hello,
another issue with Project Server. Once more I assume it's default
behaviour. I have set up some hundred resources of which about 50 are
generics. If I select the availability view in the resource center, I cannot
spot any availability which however all human resources have, as intended.
Calenders are set up correctly but the capacity for generics just remains 0.
This is annoying, as like this we're not able to figure out remaining
availability of a specific generic resource which might have set max. units
to 600%.

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Peter.

No, their availability ist set to N/A, just like most of the human resources.
There is basically no difference in the setup between those two types of
resources.
