capacity planning?

Hi,

Do you know where can i find the capacity planning to deploy project server
2003. I'm not very sure why, but i can't find it in the MS sites. Maybe i
just overlook. Any help?

What i want is that, the rough number or the best number to deploy project
server.

Like, what the limit number of project per server?
Number of user?
When should we scale out the server?
SHould we use the sharepoint capacity planning for the WSS in the project
server?

I mean, those kind of questions.
