Capital letters

How can I stop capital letters appearing at the beginning
of each line in a word doc. I have looked in the tools
area and can't find how to turn this off.

This will be one of the AutoCorrect options - probably Capitalize start of
sentences.

Thanks Margaret - I knew it was a feature that you could
turn off, I just didn't know where to find it.

But note that if you're getting a capital at the beginning of every line,
it's probably because you pressed Enter at the end of the previous line.
Word assumes that the beginning of a paragraph is the beginning of a
sentence.

Tools-Autocorrect, in the Autocorrect tab. Uncheck "Capitalize first letter
of sentences." It sounds like you are hitting the return key at the end of
each line, which you should not do, as Word automatically wraps text to the
next line.
