Depends on the program you are using. In Word highlight the
text you want to change, click Format, click Change case,
select the way you want the text to appear and click OK.
PowerPoint is done the same way. To change the case in
Excel or Publisher start the help function and type "Change
the case of text" in the search box. The first help item
that appears will explain how to do the text case change in
those two programs. The explanation is too long to post
