Capitalizing first word only...

Is there a way to capitalize just the first word of a cell (like a sentence
would be capitalized)?

=UPPER(LEFT(A1,1))&RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-1)

=upper(left(a1,1))&lower(mid(a1,2,255))
