Caps and lower case setting

I just upgraded some software and now my keyboard is off. WHEN I TYPE IN
NORMAL LOWER CASE SETTING, I GET ALL CAPS. and when i lock the caps lock
key, i get all lower case. sO i'TS aLL bACKWARDS.

Quit Windows, power down your PC, do something relaxing for five minutes or
so. Power up the PC again.

Better?
