I believe your question regards the issue of members posting their questions
with the caps lock key left on - using all capital letters which in internet
terms, since these posts are in writing is regarded as *shouting*. You can
see why below:
"THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED OVER THE LAZY DOG" is harder on the eyes and
in-your-face, where "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" is easier
to read among other things. Good grammar and sentence structure is also
helpful for deciphering many people's questions.
So the request from other group members (the MVP's among them) is to use a
mixture (as you would in everyday written language) and not to use just
uppercase letters.
Otherwise if you're asking about a different thing, there is an issue when
using file names on unix servers e.g. Unix/Linux regards "index.html" and
"Index.html" as two different file names. (but I don't think that was what
your question was about).
