capture OLE object from camera

Hello there:

This is my issue

I do have a database which contains an OLE object field, which I need to
fill in with a picture which shoould be taken from de camera and inmediatly
stored in the field. Is there anybody who can tell me if this is possible to
be done and guide me about the way to do so?
