Capturing Page # on individual Con Med records?

Hello,

I have a clinical trials database that my keyers are entering in concomitant
medications (conmeds) for each patient in the study. Each conmed is entered
into my database individually via a simple one-row form. The conmeds
themselves are on a clinical research form (CRF) that has up to 10 conmeds
per page. Each patient could have multiple conmed pages (Con Med page #1,
Con Med Page #2, etc.).

What I need to do is to capture (perhaps thru a subform on the Con Meds
form??) the Page # that an individual conmed record is on without making the
keyers separately enter it. I am envisioning is a simple, one-field
form/subform that is always visible to the keyer while entering conmed
records and displays the Page # that the particular conmed record is on.
This Page # value would then be captured automatically on each conmed record
without any further intervention by the keyer other than choosing (or
changing) the value of the Page # (perhaps via a drop-down list/combobox).
This way, each conmed record has two identifying elements now: 1) The Page #
the particular conmed is on; and 2) The Con Med record # itself.

I want to attach this 'Page #' info. to each record without forcing the
keyers to enter it repetitively on each record. Thank you for ideas on this
one.
