I am creating a contracts tracking/status database and am currently work on a
data entry form. I need to find a way to create a notes section that will
allow users to enter dated status updates on the contract particulars for
purposes of providing updated information to persons outside our dept. Some
of these status updates can be two months in length or more, therefore a
regular "Notes'' box isn't going to work.
Is there a way to create a subform to capture line items of notes where the
dates can be automatically notated? As we will have a need to present this
information in management reports, I'd like the Notes/Comments section to be
neat and not one big line that is difficult to read. Thanks.
