Cascading Combo Boxes

Afternoon,

Is it possible to have 2 different three tier cascading combo boxes on the
same form? As per 1 of the refs on this forum, (
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011730581033.aspx) I was able
to create 1 three tier "CCB" which works perfectly, however I can only get
the first 2 "CCBs" of the 2nd three tier "CCB" to work, the third "CCB" stays
on the first item no matter how much you scroll down or what you select.

My data table (all 3) for the 2nd CCB have referential integerity set and I
can see that it appears to be working correctly in the tables by the drop
downs for each of the lower table in the path refs displays the correct info
that I'm looking for.

I beileve I have the after_update set correctly for the first 2 "CCB"(same
format as first three tier working "CCB", just different names.

I just stuck at this point, I would appreciate any and all help.
