Cash Flow Report

When running a cash flow report the monthly dollar spread is based on the
start and finish or actual dates. I would like to run a report based on the
original baseline dates. Does anyone know how to do change the report
parameters?

I think you will need to save your project, then insert the baseline Start
and Finish dates (or display a table with baseline dates and Start/Finish)
Copy the baseline dates into the start finish dates columns then run the
cash flow report again. Close but don't save the project.

If the date copy causes problems, try copying into the Actual Start and
Actual Finish columns.

Marilyn,
Just an observation but how is it possible for cash "flow" to have
meaning unless the baseline start and finish line up with the actual
start and finish? Baseline is the "hoped for" plan, whereas actual is
what really happened. Cash only "flows" in the real world - unless of
course you are doing creative financing :)

Nonetheless, all you need to do is to edit the report by changing the
Cost field to Baseline Cost. Go to View/Reports/Costs/Cash Flow/Edit.
For the Crosstab row, change Cost to Baseline Cost.

Hope this helps.
