Catalog Merge from Multiple Sources

I'm looking for assistance in performing a catalog merge to a single
publisher file from separate Excel spreadsheet databases. Publisher is none
to friendly about this, it keeps blanking out everything I put in before.

Thanks in advance for your advice.
