catastrophic error

Hi,

good afternoon. i got a very strange error, “catastrophic error†, when i
open a word template. if i'm lucky i can open it, it'll give me "out of
memory" error. the platform are windows xp wt. sp2 and office xp wt. sp2.
anyone has any idea?

hi,

it works fine on other machines with slightly different setting, windows xp
wt. SP1. does it make any difference?

Not sure how you can use the same template on more than one computer unless
the template is on a network share. But if you are able to open the template
from another computer, then the template is probably fine, and the issue is
with the particular computer. See
