In trying to set-up BCM then giving up, I now find that I
cannot sort via category. Thus, I tried deleting all
contacts, reseting categories, and then importing from
backup, thinking this would solve the problem. However, I
still cannot sort via categories.
I just started installation yesterday but now need to
start installation over as it looks to be only way to fix
category sorting issue. Note: I tried detect and repair
without success.
How do I fix? How do I reset outlook and have it use
backup as complete update and not just import?
