Can I assign contacts to different multiple categories. So ompany A needs to
be Electrical, Household and Services while Company B is just Household and
Services without putting the contact in the system multiple times

Yes, you can assign contacts to multiple categories. Create
categories for: 'Electrical', 'Household' and 'Services'. Assign all
3 categroies to company A and only the last 2 categories to Company B.
