Categorize Color Limits

[curious questions]

When using the categorize button in Outlook it appears that the maximum
number of colors available is 25. Is there an option for more categories
than 25?

You can have many more categories - the limit is very high. I've seen >200
used.
How many colors you can select from is set at 25 though.
