I'm not aware of either.
I'd imagine that lots of folks have hacked up Excel tools to help them
arrive at that determination but it's unlikely that they're complete
enough to market. Those kinds of things usually are incomplete and
depend on the user's knowledge of the internal functioning of the
application.
There have to be some pretty sophisticated and complete software tools
aimed at agri-business corporations. I'd imagine they're pretty
expensive but you might find some things more in line with what you
seek in the classified sections of agri-business magazines.
If someone were starting from scratch to develop such a program,
Access would be the ideal tool. However, it isn't a trivial task for
the absolute beginner. If you know your needs well enough to
communicate them to an experienced Access developer then you can get
exactly what you want for not too much money.
