CC and BCC fields in Outlook 2002

We have an user who periodically reports that he get's
CC'd and BCC'd inadvertently from different user's in our
firm. It seems to only happen to this one user. Is this
possible and what could be possibly causing this. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
