Hello!
I'm running Windows XP Home Edition and Office XP. Everytime I open an
Office app- I receive the error message trying to load file
ccCommon.msi...like the file is missing. It keeps coming up -the only way I
can get to my document is if I Cancel through all the screens. I have tried
to restore and repair Office XP an still get the same message. I have even
tried to restore my PC to an earlier date and that also seems to fail.
Please advise.

Thanks will try that---Didn't think about how Norton may cause the problem.

You're welcome, the tip is the small "cc", so its either Norton or a
hack to look like Norton
