I'm planning and managing a project’s schedule through a unique optimization
process that joins the task-dependent critical path with the critical chain,
CCPM "Critical Chain Project Manager". Do you have some solution to add
buffers and manage whit this methodology the projects?

Hi William

You may use the software 'Concerto'. That is best suited for CCPM.

In MSP if we want to practice CCPM, we may add a task as buffer at the end
of Critical chain and Feeder chains, instead of adding buffer component in
each activity duration.
