Cd based FrontPage sites

I currently have a FrontPage Website based on a CD which we give to employees
who want to work from home. The CD-based site takes them through the steps of
RAS, ICA, VPN, OWA in the familiar website environment.

We have since switched to SharePoint (WWS). Is there anyway to create a
Disc-based SharePoint site? Otherwise we will have to maintain two sites to
keep the status-quo.
