CD-burner

Hi
I am new into CD-burning. I have a computer which I am not sure has got a
burner. I have bought som new CD's for this purpose, but how do I know what
burner to buy, since my own windows-computer says it can't even read from the
Verbatim CD's I bought.
Can anyone help please?

Couple of things

1. This isn't an Office issue
2. If there's no data on them, what do you expect your computer to be able
to read?
3. The basic issue is that you aren't even sure if you have a burner. I
strongly suggest you talk to someone who can help you determine that first.

literate look at your computer and tell you that much.
